Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help clients thrive at home. You will work closely with an OT to implement personalized plans, perform ADL training, and promote independence for clients in their own residences.

Ideal candidates have licensed COTA credentials with home care experience and are adept at education for clients and families, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA with Home Care experience.
• Experience assisting with ADL training and home safety strategies.
• Experience implementing adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Ability to support cognitive and functional programs and educate clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an OT to implement client-centered plans.
• Provide in-home occupational therapy assistance and documentation.
• Educate clients and families to promote independence and safety.
