No Place Like Home Health is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home therapy, focusing on meaningful daily living tasks for patients in Michigan. Work independently with flexible scheduling and a patient-centered approach.

You will deliver in-home OT services, document progress, and communicate with the care team to support patients achieving small victories that matter at home. A valid Michigan COTA license is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Michigan COTA license.
• Independent and dependable working remotely or in patient homes.
• Reliable transportation required for in-home visits.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for patient progress.
• Enjoy helping patients achieve meaningful home-based outcomes.

Responsabilités
