Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Middletown Health & Rehab team in Middletown, OH. You will implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

The role is full-time, daytime, with a comprehensive benefits package and a $5k sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
