Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant at our Santa Clara Post Acute facility. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence in a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a facility.
• Implement OT programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other services as needed.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans to achieve independence.
