Premier Therapy in Georgetown, OH, is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, follow plans of care, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and complete timely documentation.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited COTA program degree and a current license or eligibility in Ohio; SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the care team.
