Premier Therapy LLC in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Ashtabula, Ohio. You will provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and help patients achieve treatment goals.

The role requires an accredited OTA program graduate with an active or eligible COTA license; SNF/long-term care experience is a plus but not required. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
