Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Georgetown, OH. You will provide skilled treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, follow plans of care, and monitor patient progress in a supportive setting.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited COTA program credential, a current license or eligibility in Ohio, and enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the care team.
