Job summary

Premier Therapy LLC in Pataskala, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, follow plans of care, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and document diligently.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited COTA program with licensure or eligibility in Ohio. SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
