Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You’ll implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver engaging therapies to help patients regain independence.

You’ll work with a collaborative team under the Director of Rehab, focusing on whole-patient care, adaptability across settings, and referrals to support patient thriving. Join a growing, patient-centered company.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and promote independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other clinicians to support patient care.
• Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate atmosphere.
