Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy programs. You will implement OT plans, follow recovery protocols, and deliver treatments under the Director of Rehab, focusing on restoring patients’ function and independence.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and helping patients thrive in various care environments. We offer mentorship, CEUs, and opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients get well and restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered care across settings.

NBCOT certification
