Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapies that restore function and independence for our patients.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborate with clinicians, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment across skilled nursing centers, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate OTA program aligned with AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained or eligible for certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients regain physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer to others as needed.
• Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate environment.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program

NBCOT certification

Licensed and/or eligible for state licensure
