Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to assist patients in implementing therapy programs within an in-facility setting. You will report to the Director of Rehab and contribute to personalized recovery plans and treatments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with care team to address patient needs and goals.
• Maintain patient-centered focus and compassionate approach to care.

Education
