Job summary

The Life Care Center of Casper is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our patient-centered rehab team. This full-time role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver direct occupational therapy under OT supervision and to support quality patient outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and PRN), opportunities for continuing education, and a supportive network within Life Care’s extensive nationwide system. CPR certification preferred at hire.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT).
• Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State; active license required.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow and participate in community health matters as appropriate.
• Liaise with patients and families to plan for patient needs; collaborate with support departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Life Care policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism and good body mechanics in all settings.
