Home & Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Casper, WY home health team. You will work one-on-one in patients' homes, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, to improve safety and independence in daily activities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and support clients in achieving meaningful daily participation.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Wyoming COTA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Help patients improve independence with daily activities, mobility, and safety.
• Provide ADL training, therapeutic activities, and exercises as directed by the OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, fall prevention, and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary care team.
