Qualifications

• Must hold valid COTA license/registration for state of practice (FL).
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient in documentation writing and progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered treatment.
• Demonstrates punctuality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress in weekly notes and facility logs.
