Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Ashland City, TN seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver best practice treatments under OT supervision. You will implement goals set by the OT and document progress in the chart.

The role requires an active COTA license, experience with long-term or geriatric care preferred, strong documentation skills, and collaboration with all disciplines to ensure patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide treatment by adhering to goals developed by the OT.
• Offer feedback to the supervising OT via documentation or as required by facility policy.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
