Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Smyrna, TN seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate outcomes to the OT and care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license/registration for the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of OT.
• Experience with long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing.
• Document patient progress weekly.
• Collaborate with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Excellent patient service and clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Perform duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best-practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment by adhering to goals developed by the OT.
