Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support licensed occupational therapists in delivering best-practice care to residents.

Under OT supervision, you will implement treatment plans, document patient progress weekly, collaborate with clinical teams, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation program. A valid state license is required; LTC/geriatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Document progress in weekly notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment and care.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
