Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to implement therapy plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and collaboration with the rehab team to ensure patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Tennessee, experienced with long-term or geriatric care, and punctual with weekly progress notes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred
• Well versed with documentation writing
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress notes
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered care
• Exceptional patient service skills and professionalism
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to the supervising occupational therapist via documentation.
