Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license/registration for the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of an OT.
• Experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing and timely weekly progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional patient service.
• Perform duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
