Job summary

Palmetto Subacute Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to deliver treatment plans under the supervision of an OT. You will document patient progress and coordinate care with the rehabilitation team to ensure compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state license and registration.
• Experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing and timely progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation or facility policy as required.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
• Report to the Director of Rehabilitation and adhere to scheduled hours.
