Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide treatment under the supervision of an OT. You will follow established goals, document patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include timely progress notes, adherence to schedules, and participation in ongoing professional practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Well versed with documentation writing
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress notes
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment
• Exceptional patient service skills and professionalism
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment adherent to goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation or facility policy.
