CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant opening split between Belmont and Worthington Healthcare Centers. The role involves direct therapy, team collaboration, and improving residents’ independence in daily activities.

Qualified candidates hold an associate degree in COTA, a valid or pending state license, and are committed to in-house stability and high-quality care across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) education completed in an accredited two-year program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Help clients improve quality of life by increasing independence and walking, transferring, and ADL skills.
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with the OT and educate staff and family.
• Document per rehab department requirements under supervision of an OT.
