Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Belmont Healthcare Center in Belmont, WV. This PRN/Part Time position supports in-house therapy teams and helps residents improve independence through skilled interventions.

As a teammate, you’ll implement treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and have opportunities for cross-location work within the CommuniCare family, with competitive wages and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• COTA education from an accredited 2-year associate degree program.
• Valid or pending State COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to improve independence and mobility through therapy.
• Implement treatment plans under OT supervision and educate staff and family.
• Document rehab activities according to facility requirements.
• Opportunity to treat at multiple locations within the CommuniCare network.
