Job summary

Symbria is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a per diem (PRN) position at Breeze Park. You will work closely with the OT to implement treatment plans and support geriatric patients in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include goal setting, documenting progress, and maintaining productivity while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Prior grads are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• New grads welcome; mentorship and hands-on training provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation.
• Support patient outcomes as a trusted member of the care team.

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
