Symbria Rehab is an employee-owned healthcare provider recruiting a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Addolorata Villa in Wheeling, IL and Asbury Court in Des Plaines, IL. You’ll work with our OT team to help residents regain independence and improve daily living while growing in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome!).
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is great—but not required!

• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in everyday tasks.
• Maintain productivity standards and ensure accurate documentation.
