Symbria is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehab Team at Avon Health Center. You will work closely with the OT to develop and execute treatment plans, maintain productivity, and document care while helping geriatric patients achieve meaningful outcomes in a post‑acute and senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute/long‑term care or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to set goals and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes and serve as a partner to the community.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.


• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.


• Its great to have had acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
