Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility partner in Reading, MA. The OTA will plan, organize, develop, and direct OT services per standards to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include screening residents, implementing treatment plans, communicating results to the team and families, scheduling therapy, documenting and billing as required, and maintaining CMS standards.
