• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Minimum of 1 year COTA experience.
• Active State COTA license is required.
• Ability to work in a post-acute care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, assist in patient assessment.
• Contribute to the treatment plan and provide patient-centered care.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Monitor therapeutic progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families, documenting learning needs.
• Coordinate with health team for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Demonstrate competency in unit-specific clinical skills annually.
• Organize schedules to meet productivity targets and inform supervisor of issues.
• Contribute to department operations, quality improvement, and budgets.
• Comply with HIPAA and corporate compliance programs.
