• Reporting changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintaining safe, efficient environments for residents and staff, contributing to overall well‑being of the facility.
• Coordinating treatment goals and giving feedback to rehab aides to ensure high standards of care.
