Qualifications

• Active license as Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, participate in assessment of inpatients and outpatients.
• Contribute to treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Document daily charges, progress notes, and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and adjust therapeutic interventions based on patient response.
