PhysioWorks is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Washington, DC area team. You will support OT treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and help patients regain independence under supervision. You will document outcomes and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

Ideal candidates have state licensure, strong communication, and a commitment to ongoing learning, with a patient-centered approach and flexibility in daily tasks.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited COTA program and active Washington state COTA licensure.
• Skills in teamwork, patient-focused care, active listening, and clear communication.
• Self-motivated and committed to professional growth and learning.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor therapy plans to enhance patients' performance in daily tasks.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate client records.
• Assist the occupational therapist in executing treatment plans and providing updates on patient outcomes.
• Foster a positive environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform clerical tasks as required and support team collaboration.
