PACS is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of licensed therapists in a post-acute care setting in Oregon City, OR. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to improve outcomes.

Required is an OTA credential with state certification; one year of COTA experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree required to practice as OTA.
• Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Experience as COTA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and executes an established patient treatment plan under supervision.
• Communicates with patient, families, referring physicians, and team members.
• Provides timely written documentation per facility requirements.
• Maintains licensure/certification as required.
• Reports changes in patient status to supervising therapists.
