Job summary

Packers Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Therapy Team at Suring Health and Rehab in Wisconsin. In this full-time role, you will plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with standards and regulations.

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• WI OTA licensure.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screenings of residents to determine best interventions.
• Implement treatment plans and follow goals set by supervising therapist.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents and families.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with the care team.
• Document and bill occupational therapy services per plan of care.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards on a daily basis.
