Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred.
• Experience in acute care, rehab, or long-term care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct interventions under supervision of licensed OT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Participate in patient care conferences and care plan development.
• Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented work environment.
