Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy
• WI OTA licensure
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention for each patient
• Perform treatment plan to residents following short and long-term goals
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team members
• Conduct therapy according to plan and ensure proper documentation and billing
• Perform all other duties to effectively treat patients
• Comply with CMS documentation standards on a daily basis
