Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support an Occupational Therapist in delivering high‑quality OT services. The COTA helps patients of all ages develop daily living skills, under supervision, and contributes to a positive clinical environment.

The role includes implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, training families, and staying current with best practices and regulatory requirements. Full-time and PRN positions are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Detail oriented in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Independent, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of licensed OT.
• Implement treatment plans as prescribed by supervising OT.
• Provide caregiver training to patients’ families and staff.
