Nexus Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The role focuses on delivering rehabilitative services to residents to improve independence in daily living activities and safety.

The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans, educate residents and families, and demonstrate current clinical skills consistent with COTA standards of practice, in a team-focused environment
