Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join Autumn Lake at Silver Spring in Silver Spring, MD. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $36 and $40 and benefits.

You will support residents in practicing daily living activities under an OT's supervision, with an emphasis on progress and safety. Responsibilities include documenting sessions, coordinating with the OT and care team, and adapting activities to individual resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland COTA license required.
• Encouraging approach to resident care.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents work on personal care, coordination, and functional activities.
• Adapt activities within the OT's treatment plan to meet residents where they are.
• Document sessions and share observations with the OT and care team.
