Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the team at Autumn Lake at Salem County in Salem, NJ. The role is full-time with hourly pay between $32.00 and $37.00, offering benefits and career support in a resident-focused setting.

You’ll assist residents with daily activities, follow OT plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to maximize functional outcomes. New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Work with residents on self-care, coordination, and functional tasks.
• Observe residents' progress and share relevant changes with the OT.
• Complete treatment notes and collaborate with the care team.
