Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for home health in Clark County, Ohio. The role is part-time/PRN, under the supervision of a licensed OT, providing individualized therapy to help patients regain independence in their homes.

You9;ll assess progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes while benefiting from weekly pay, pay per visit, PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA license or eligibility.
• CPR and/or BLS certification required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment use.
• Observe, document, and report progress to supervising OT.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
