Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in Butler County, Ohio and surrounding areas on a part-time or PRN basis. Working under an OT, you will deliver targeted therapies in patients' homes to improve independence and safety.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, flexible scheduling, and close collaboration with the care team. A valid Ohio COTA license and CPR/BLS are required, with driving mobility a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Ohio COTA in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under an OT supervision.
• Assist patients in improving ADLs and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Observe and report progress to supervising OT.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the team.

Working under the supervision of a licensed OT, you'll provide individualized therapy services that help patients improve their independence, safety, and quality of life in their home.
