Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for home health in Montgomery County, Ohio and surrounding areas. Working under a licensed OT, you will provide therapy services in patients' homes, focusing on improving independence and safety.

This part-time/PRN role offers flexibility, weekly pay, and pay-per-visit compensation, with steps to support patient outcomes and caregiver education.

Qualifications

• Ohio COTA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the plan of care under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Observe, document and report patient progress to the supervising OT.
• Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
