Job summary

Magnolia Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem shifts to support residents in our rehabilitation program. You will work under an OT to implement care plans, guide therapeutic activities, and promote independence.

The role requires a graduating OTA program, an active COTA license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state license/registration as a COTA.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient movement.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and exercises based on treatment plans created by the OT.

Are you a compassionate and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant ready to make a meaningful impact? Magnolia Gardensis seeking a Per Diem COTA to join our rehab team and support residents on their journey to independence and improved quality of life.

Position Summary:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll work closely under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help implement care plans, guide residents through therapeutic activities, and promote recovery and mobility in a supportive long-term care setting.
