Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct resident care by administering therapy plans to help residents develop or regain daily living skills.
• Administering occupational therapy treatments as per physician's orders and established care plans.
• Reporting on residents' progress, complications, and responses to treatments.
• Assisting the Occupational Therapist in performing procedures and treatments to ensure safe and effective care.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all patient, facility, and physician information.
• Accurately maintaining billing information daily.
• Participating in interdisciplinary and family meetings to share clinical findings and recommendations.
• Adhering to documentation requirements and meeting productivity standards as set by the Director of Therapy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Pennsylvania in good standing.
