Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team across The Willows Independent Living, Ashley Gardens memory care, and The Cottages Assisted Living in Bremerton, WA. You will treat residents in all three facilities as part of a collaborative SNF program.

We value a geriatric-focused approach and offer flexible scheduling, CEU support up to $750/year, health plans, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Current Washington State OTA license in good standing.
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• One year SNF experience preferred; newer clinicians with geriatrics interest encouraged.

Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at The Willows Independent Living, Ashley Gardens memory care, and The Cottages Assisted Living in Bremerton, WA. The three facilities are located on the same grounds (3231 Pine Rd NE, Bremerton WA). In this role you will treat patients in all three facilities.

About the Role

As a COTA at Independence Rehab, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

SNF Practice Highlights

• Treat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients

• Perform and assist with all types of transfers

• Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice

• Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team

Requirements
