Avo Photonics is seeking a diligent Cost Accountant/Business Analyst to support the Business Account Manager by tracking customer commercial requests to closure. The role emphasizes detailed cost modeling, quoting for non-production services, and timely management of purchase orders.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 3 years cost accounting or business analysis with customer-facing experience, and strong proficiency in spreadsheets and ERP systems (SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3 years in a cost accounting or business analyst role, with customer-facing experience.
• Expert knowledge of spreadsheet applications, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in enterprise ERP systems with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Account Manager through detailed tracking to closure of customer commercial requests.
• Prepare and create detailed cost models and customer quotes for non-production services related to engineering, fixtures, equipment, etc.
• Manage customer purchase orders with timely reconciliation and closure.
• Ensure customer payments are received on time; promptly resolve issues.
• Attend customer commercial meetings as assigned by the Business Account Manager for awareness and to manage non-production services provided by Avo.
