About the Role

We seek a diligent, dedicated and meticulous Controller to support our growth and reputation through world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s daily accounting functions, including cash management, A/R, A/P, month-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy of all transactions so that the company’s financial position is accurately reflected.
• Proactively address issues or anomalies and collaborate with other departments to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Enforce internal controls in accordance with Halma’s policy to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with internal & external audits, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with audit requirements.
• Support budgeting & forecasting processes as needed.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare reports to inform decision-making, identify trends, and propose strategies for financial optimization.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Excel & ERP systems (SAP preferred).
