PepsiCo is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager for Costco to drive strategic initiatives, forecast demand, and manage cross-functional partnerships. You will coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to align on planning and execution.

You will maintain strong Costco relationships, oversee trade spending and broker contracts, and travel up to half of the year to trade shows and regional events.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience within consumer packaged goods sales, including Costco in food and beverage.
• Familiar with Costco CRX and data-driven sales planning.

• Contribute to strategic framework for Costco, including product strategy and annual planning.
• Communicate sales plan updates and planning metrics to Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Provide forecasting inputs for production prioritization, inventory, and product mix.

• Develop relationships with Costco across regions and departments.
• Track sales metrics and represent Costco to the broader organization.
• Collaborate with Sr. Director to manage trade spending and broker relationships.
• Travel up to 50% and attend trade shows.
