Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Analyst, Cost Transparency & Financial Analytics to deliver clear, decision-ready financial insights aligned with enterprise delivery. You will build cost transparency models, partner with Finance, and ensure analytics support investment decisions and governance.

You'll analyze drivers of cost, translate data into executive narratives, and collaborate across Finance, Delivery, and vendors to strengthen cost/value reporting while advancing

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or capacity modeling in delivery environments.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data across teams and vendors.
• Ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Experience partnering with Finance on planning and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate analysis into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost transparency models aligned to delivery units.
• Partner with Finance to define, govern, and track unit cost and cost-to-value metrics.
• Analyze cost drivers related to delivery velocity, quality, rework, and capacity constraints.
• Support investment decisions with cost-to-value insights and tradeoffs.
• Align financial analytics with delivery performance reporting for leadership governance.
• Ensure consistency between delivery metrics, cost analytics, and financial narratives.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, executive-ready insights.
